Exciting Opportunity for a Danish Customer Support Agent in Riga

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Danish Customer Support Agent in Riga. As a key member of our international team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries via phone, chat, and email, providing quick and effective resolutions. Additionally, you will accurately record customer interactions and solutions using our internal tool, recognize and prioritize urgent issues, and escalate them to the appropriate team lead when needed.

You will also work closely with your team, maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service while meeting or exceeding quality standards in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, providing prompt and effective solutions;Accurately document customer interactions and solutions using our internal tool;Recognize and prioritize urgent issues, escalating them to the appropriate team lead when necessary;Collaborate with your team to maintain high levels of communication and cooperation;Deliver exceptional service, meeting or exceeding quality standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess upper-intermediate Danish (B2) and fluent English (C1) language skills, both written and spoken. Previous experience in outsourced customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. You should be willing to relocate to Riga or already be based in Latvia. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia is required.

We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary of approximately $25,000 - $30,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer:
