We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Riga, Latvia. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming requests from customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record resolutions in our contact center tool to ensure each case is handled within its lifecycle.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as per client specifications, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external contacts to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
  • Maintain targets for response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with project KPIs.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Upper-intermediate Swedish (B2) and fluent English (C1), both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in outsourced customer service is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
  • Computer literate with a typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, friendly, and self-motivated personality with a focus on service and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work shift hours and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
