About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional from the FinTech or payment systems sector with strong skills in operational financial management and a proven track record of building and optimizing processes from scratch. This specialist will play a key role in ensuring transparency and efficiency of financial and operational processes in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and improve financial and operational processes in a scalable format
  • Digitize and automate processes: from calculations to reporting
  • Participate in building end-to-end reporting for payments, balances, invoices, refunds, etc.
  • Collect and analyze data, establish control points and monitoring systems
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders: finance, accounting, product, development
  • Ensure transparency and operational efficiency on a daily basis
  • Preferably: manage and optimize processes in Jira, including board configuration, task automation, SLA tracking, and performance monitoring

Requirements:

  • Experience in fintech / payment systems
  • At least 3 years in operational financial management
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and improve them systematically
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; macro experience is a plus
  • Understanding of fintech specifics: payments, transactions, refunds, merchants
  • Flexible approach and result-oriented mindset rather than just following processes
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to independently set tasks
  • English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation
  • Preferably: hands-on experience with Jira, including task structuring, automation setup, SLA management, and dashboards
