About the role
This role leads our insurance sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional value to private customers, driving performance, developing talent, and ensuring our team meets ambitious growth targets in a dynamic and competitive market.
You will be responsible for
- Setting and executing ambitious sales goals aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Inspiring, coaching, and leading the sales team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative culture.
- Conducting sales forecasting, tracking KPIs, and delivering actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Working closely with product, CX, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and enhance customer acquisition.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, data protection, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and budget planning for the sales team.
- Taking part in initiatives and cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales processes and driving innovation.

- Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strategic thinking and ability to turn insights into action.
- Strong coaching and change management skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to create real value.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration across teams.
- Confidence with digital tools and data-driven decisions.
- Self-management, goal orientation, and drive for improvement.
- Fluency in Latvian and English languages.
