We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. The position will be based in our Riga office and the selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Financial Operations and Accounting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Daily processing of bank statement data:
    • Input the data from bank statements into CJ software;
    • Reconciliation;
    • Filling in the relevant reports;
  • Process the outgoing and incoming payments in the working platform and payment provider's platforms;
  • Process fx trades and settlements;
  • Fulfil all kinds of payment investigations;
  • Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations and Accounting

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple, understandable format
  • Having worked in a FIntech would be an advantage
  • Enjoy Excel modelling and reporting;
  • Able to quickly and efficiently find or research the information you need to perform your job;
  • Detail-oriented mindset;
  • Perfect English, both spoken and written;
  • Practical experience in Swift messaging (knowledge of MT/MX formats) is considered a great advantage;
