We are seeking a visionary Head of Strategic Analytics and Innovation to transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative solutions. This role will focus on embedding AI and advanced analytics into decision-making across the organization, directly supporting smarter strategies, lending process improvements, and income generation across consumer and business segments. The successful candidate will be a data-driven innovator with the ability to translate analytics into business actions that deliver measurable impact, simplify operations, and enhance customer experience.

Your focus:

• AI-Driven Strategic Insights & Income Generation: Lead deep data analysis of credit and customer portfolios using AI. Translate analytical findings into strategies that drive business growth, margin optimization, and customer engagement. Use advanced analytics to identify income-enhancing opportunities.
• Business Partnership & Strategic Support: Act as a trusted partner to consumer and SME business units, ensuring analytics directly supports commercial objectives. Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver data-driven initiatives that improve portfolio quality and profitability. Champion a culture of "analytics as a business enabler."
• Innovation & Solution Design: Drive initiatives that simplify and automate end-to-end lending processes for more efficient and customer-centric outcomes. Lead planning and execution of automation projects with transparency and compliance.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering innovation, agility, and measurable results. Partner with senior executives on transformation projects, M&A activities, and growth initiatives.

Required skills & qualifications:

Must-have:

• Proven senior leadership experience in analytics, credit risk, or data strategy.
• Strong expertise in advanced analytics and financial modelling with demonstrable business impact.
• Experience in automation and end-to-end process transformation in financial services, particularly lending.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (IFRS 9, EBA/ECB, credit loss modelling).
• Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy with data-driven insights.
• Experience building and developing top-performing, innovation-focused teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience contributing to large-scale transformation programmes or M&A.
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools in financial services.

The expected starting salary is €7,000 gross monthly, with potential for a higher offer depending on seniority and experience. The final package will be determined fairly, considering your skills, expertise, and alignment with the role.
