We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality performance evaluations and promoting a culture of excellence. As a Senior Performance Coach, you will be responsible for objective and precise evaluation of live operations staff and providing constructive feedback. You will be involved in the evaluation matrix creation and overseeing performance excellence across all Proxy Live Solutions studios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop qualitative assessment metrics for front-stage employees while delivering unbiased evaluations to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to establish and maintain performance standards that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Offer recommendations and strategies for improvement of global employee performance.
  • Utilize Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence, to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and execute initiatives and programs that evaluate and enhance employee performance in adherence to the standards of the organization.
  • Communicate performance standards and expectations to employees in a clear and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain Performance QA records and data.
  • Ensure that evaluation coaching activities comply with respective standards and requirements.
  • Provide assistance to the Performance Manager of QA in terms of management and coaching the Performance QA unit to meet performance assessment objectives. Ensure that all performance inspection functions are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Create presentations and reports detailing the results of performance evaluations. Conduct presentations for Operations and other departments upon demand.
  • Provide in-person and remote workshops for Operations employees.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities, as requested by the direct managers, that are pertinent to the role and fulfill the necessary qualifications.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proficiency in additional languages presently used on any Proxy Live products shall be regarded as an advantage.
  • Proficient in Confluence software, with competency in Atlassian software and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in the gambling industry and knowledge of live games is considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 1 year of relevant and recent work experience in a similar position, with a strong focus on quality assurance, personnel development, coaching, and leadership, preferably in Live Casino or iGaming.
  • Ability to work a variety of times, including night shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, self-confidence, and self-assurance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and expertise with the Microsoft Office software.
