AML/CFT Analyst Oversight Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive and organised Oversight Team Lead to guide the daily operations of our AML/CFT Compliance Analysts team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred higher education (e.g. law, business, finance);
  • Experience in AML/CFT compliance operations;
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members;
  • Comfortable addressing performance concerns constructively;
  • Fluent in English and Latvian (written and spoken);
  • Familiarity with the gambling industry is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage analysts' schedules to ensure full operational coverage;
  • Coordinate with Accounting on hours tracking and performance-based bonuses;
  • Delegate and monitor daily and weekly tasks across the team;
  • Review shift reports and ensure timely task completion;
  • Organise team meetings and backlog clean-ups;
  • Share relevant updates with the team and communicate cross-departmentally;
  • Support implementation of new procedures and ensure team alignment;
  • Monitor individual performance based on quality reviews and KPIs;
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members showing performance gaps;
  • Initiate structured improvement plans when coaching does not lead to progress;
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluation.
