Location: Riga, Latvia | Reports to:  Technical Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Latvia | Language Requirements: Professional/fluent English and Latvian, written and spoken  

As our new Modern Workplace Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by driving strategic conversations around Modern Workplace solutions and acting as an interface between business and technology. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and developing business opportunities for our Modern Workplace services, collaborating with Account Managers to engage with partners and customers, and staying updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365, Teams, security, and productivity tools. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Use consultative selling to identify partner and customer needs, designing tailored Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions that deliver measurable business value 
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and customers through consistent support, clear communication, and commitment to long-term success 
  • Equip teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to confidently sell and implement Modern Workplace solutions 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting market and competitive research and translating insights into strategic actions 
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas 

Your Competencies:  

  • Demonstrated experience as a Pre-sales Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Technical Solutions Specialist, or Solutions Engineer, working closely with sales teams—preferably within the IT ecosystem 
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and security/compliance tools) 
  • Ability to efficiently articulate digital transformation concepts and the benefits of Modern Workplace technologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Previous customer-facing experience would be highly regarded
