Join a dynamic global team at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, helping to keep our business running smoothly across more than a dozen countries. The Operations function acts as a bridge between Sales and Finance, ensuring smooth data flow, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution across multiple systems. This role supports 13 countries within the European region. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and bringing structure to complexity. What you'll do:
  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Finance — ensuring both teams work from one version of the truth.
  • Collect, validate, and prepare reports from our global partners and platforms.
  • Match and reconcile delivery data across internal systems (Salesforce and others).
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Revenue & COGS, Treasury, and Operations teams.
  • Support management with ad-hoc reporting and operational insights.
  • Assist in data imports and manual data entries to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, recommending optimizations.
What we are looking for:
  • Background and experience in one of the following fields: operations, sales, finance.
  • Experienced with Excel, or Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas and data reconciliation), Google Workplace.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • English fluency (daily working language).
  • Independent, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks without micromanagement.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
