We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Europe. This role combines in-depth technical knowledge of AERONES robotic systems with strong sales acumen to drive business development and client success in the European wind energy market.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical liaison between Aerones and prospective clients across Europe, with focus on North and Eastern European customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales consultations, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Understand client needs and customize Aerones' solutions to meet technical and commercial requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering, operations, and product teams to improve the commercial offer.
  • Support customer success throughout and after project completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including wind farm owners, operators, OEMs, and service providers.
  • Deliver presentations and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Aerones' offerings.
  • Support business development for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project engineering – preferably in the wind energy or industrial robotics sectors.
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine maintenance, inspections, or related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel within Europe up to 20% of the time.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
