This Position reports to:
Local Manager (MO Latvia)

ABB Motion Latvia is looking for Sales Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is : hybrid #hybridwork

This role is contributing to the ABB Motion Division in Latvia .

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Communicating to customers about delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and clearly communicating the value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities when needed.
Qualifications for the role
  • You have proven experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within the industrial or energy sectors.
  • You are highly skilled in customer relationship management and solution-based selling.
  • You are adept at using sales planning tools and have a strong understanding of contract and proposal management.
  • You are passionate about creating value for customers, and have a proactive mindset for identifying new opportunities.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets
While the base salary is based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, it starts at 2000 EUR.
