This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Join ABB, an innovator in sustainable energy movement, as we actively seek a Sales Specialist with background in technical sales to our Electrification Business in Latvia.

The work model for the role is: hybrid #LIhybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet business objectives across the portfolio of electrification products and solutions.
  • Generating sales growth of ABB products and developing market opportunities by utilizing market trend information
  • Supporting and training customers for their better experience with ABB products and services
  • Monitoring sales proposals, tenders and follow-up proposals statistics
  • Establish long-term customer relationships by demonstrating deep technical expertise and understanding of their business.
Qualifications for the role
  • Higher education in the field of engineering
  • Previous track record of successful sales in the industry, preferably in Latvian market
  • Fluency in Latvian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets
  • Proven ability of building up long-term customer relations Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driver's license (B)
While the base salary is based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, it starts at 2400 EUR.
