Purpose of the Role
The VELUX Group is on an exciting journey to enhance value for our B2B customers and end-users. Therefore, we have created a new position as Inside Sales Specialist who will support our VELUX Baltics Sales team from the office in Riga.
Your Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll sell solutions to our partners, identifying projects early and showcasing how our products create desirable living environments. You'll build a project pipeline across dedicated area, delivering high-quality interactions through phone, email, and virtual meetings. You'll gather insights, qualify projects, and support the sales team and other departments in driving success.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads databases, internet and intranet channels
- Communicate with our customers by phone, email, physical and virtual meetings to understand their design needs and project drivers
- Provide relevant product information to simplify the building process, prepare price offers and visualization using various internal tools
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales colleagues, customers and other departments
- Manage and develop a portfolio of projects through remote follow-ups
- Work with CRM and SAP
- Work with AI-powered tools and solutions supporting daily tasks and decision-making
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Supply Chain, preferable in building sector
- Fluent in English and Latvian, both spoken and written, Russian is a plus
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and organizational skills across the entire supply chain to adequately respond to the individual needs of our clients.
