Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our global team to support our Ireland operations as:

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Manage administrative tasks essential to Ireland's operations.

  • Process orders and respond to queries for our key accounts.

  • Provide support by generating reports, assisting with customer communications, and managing card applications. 

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts.

  • Document operational processes.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
     

Main requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, order processing, or a sales support role.

  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems is preferred, or a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with Irish stakeholders.

  • Experience in the retail or B2B sector, particularly within the fuel or convenience industries will be considered an advantage.
