The company continues to grow, and this is your opportunity to join us as a Сustomer Support Specialist for the German market.

Your mission  will be to take care of our German-speaking clients: helping them with their orders, finding quick solutions and building long-term relationships based on trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders from start to finish, making sure everything is delivered on time;
  • Communicate with clients in German (via email, phone, WhatsApp) and find solutions to non-standard situations;
  • Gather client feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction and future orders;
  • Use digital tools for data analysis and order tracking;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and excellent English skills;
  • Experience in customer service or sales support;
  • Great communication skills, with a genuine interest in helping others and achieving results;
  • Ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions;
  • A structured, result-oriented approach to work;
  • Strong digital skills (Axapta, Google Docs).
