We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing SaaS organization. This is a remote position within Europe and offers a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales development.
Responsabilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts across the SaaS, cloud, and enterprise technology sectors.
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handover of opportunities to the sales team.
- Clearly articulate the companys value proposition and solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate data on leads, activities, and opportunities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity-based KPIs such as calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Stay up to date with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and AI market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven technology companies.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills across multiple channels.
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Must be based in Europe and available to work across European time zones.
