Your Mission

As the Cluster Assistant (Deputy) Director of Sales, you infuse our dynamic Sales Team with an unparalleled level of strategic vision, a results-driven mindset, and an unwavering passion for elevating customer interactions. Your role as a leader is pivotal in steering our sales efforts to new heights, and your ambition sets the tone for achieving exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the Cluster hotels' sales team initiatives.
  • Maximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing the revenue generates activities in accordance with the business plan.
  • Drive new business for the Cluster hotels.
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.

 What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of proven Account Management or Sales experience within hospitality, travel, or service-related industries, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent written and verbal Latvian and English, additional languages preferable.
  • University degree at bachelor level or equivalent.
  • Passionate about sales, driven by targets and motivated to deliver measurable results.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical, communication and attention-to-detail skills, able to interpret and present account performance effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to balance long-term strategy with short-term priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to develop acquisition strategies that create additional revenue streams.
  • Strong awareness of industry trends, technology, booking/distribution developments, with the ability to enhance the company's image and positioning.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Achieve sales goals by leading and motivating a sales team.
