As an B2B Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our B2B growth, building strong partnerships and crafting impactful sales strategies in an exciting FinTech environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and expanding B2B relationships by engaging new merchants and fostering long-term partnerships
- Developing and streamlining the sales pipeline for optimal client engagement and strategic time management
- Actively driving sales growth to enhance company revenue and market reach
- Providing insights on the sales funnel, reporting key metrics and potential opportunities to management
- Leading impactful negotiations with B2B clients to secure valuable partnerships and mutual success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, client management, and knowledge of the financial sector is a strong advantage
- A goal-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong focus on achieving sales milestones and expanding business potential
- Highly organized, with a methodical mindset and attention to detail
- Confident in reaching out to and meeting with clients to strengthen connections
- Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English (additional language skills are a bonus)
