SPECIALIST EMAIL/MOBILE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

THE ROLE

Circle K has the ambition to be the world's preferred destination for convenience and mobility and a strong loyalty program is a key enabler. You as Specialist Email/Mobile Marketing Campaigns will be part of the Global Loyalty team and will work with stakeholders across Europe and North America markets to drive incremental net sales and personalized customer experiences for members of Circle K's loyalty program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Execute personal customer communication and campaigns through email, SMS and app push channels using one of the best marketing automation platforms globally - Adobe Campaign;

• Daily collaboration with colleagues in Global Loyalty and local marketing/loyalty teams across Europe and North America markets to support key initiatives and share best practice;

• Actively participate in local loyalty campaigns planning process contributing with strong recommendations for the most optimal direct communication plan (audiences, channel-mix, comms cadence etc.) to ensure optimal delivery/deliverability and highly relevant and successful campaigns;

• Manage customer database, perform regular list hygiene, build workflows and audiences based on different available segmentation attributes, set up deliveries, execute A/B tests, schedule execution etc.;

• Follow up on the performance of campaigns and communications, identify opportunities for improvements across markets and monitor industry trends to drive continuous optimization and enable a high degree of relevance and personalization across all our loyalty communications.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 2+ years of relevant previous working experience in email/ mobile marketing;

• Experience in working with marketing automation tools for campaign management;

• Relevant higher education (marketing, business, economics, IT, analytics) is a plus;

• Understanding of email / SMS / app push principles (design, build, deliverability) and best practices (campaign automation, A/B testing etc.);

• Technical mindset is a must, basic understanding of HTML is a plus;

• Comfortable in analyzing and tracking data to continuously optimize the communication performance;

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven personality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high sense of responsibility;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in Europe and North America;

• Experience from an international retail and/ or matrix organization is a plus.
