How to become an AI-driven Sales & Go-To-Market Specialist on the scandiweb eCommerce expert team? We're launching multiple new products — some internal, some for global clients. Each one needs the same thing fast: a sales pipeline. That's where you come in.

While this is not a traditional sales role, we are looking for individuals who thrive in building AI-driven outreach machines from the ground up - across LinkedIn, email, voice bots, messengers, and beyond. You'll be working closely with founders and product teams, creating go-to-market systems that deliver results fast. A strong sales pipeline is needed for each new product, and that's where your impact begins.

We are seeking candidates fluent in the modern GTM stack - Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, OctaveHQ, Phantombuster, and more. If you're obsessed with growth, automation, and scalable outreach and are ready to deliver measurable outcomes from day one, this role is for you.

What do we expect from an AI-driven Sales & Go-To-Market Specialist?
  • Experience in B2B sales, growth, or GTM (startup experience is a plus);
  • Mastery of AI automation tools: ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, OctaveHQ, Phantombuster;
  • Hands-on mindset – you build, launch, and iterate fast;
  • Strong written and spoken English for message crafting and communication. scandiweb is an international enterprise and uses English as its core language for clients and colleagues;
  • Hunger for results – measured by leads and meetings;
  • Curiosity to test new channels and unconventional tech.
What are the responsibilities of an AI-driven Sales & Go-To-Market Specialist?
  • Generate outbound pipeline through AI-personalized campaigns;
  • Launch multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, voice, and messengers;
  • Rapidly validate messaging and ICPs with automation;
  • Build internal systems and GPT agents to scale outreach;
  • Run A/B tests on messages, sequences, and channels;
  • Leverage data to adapt campaigns and report learnings weekly;
  • Collaborate with the C-level team to align GTM with product value.

Further professional growth and development can lead you to start by owning GTM for a single product, then grow into Lead GTM Engineer, managing a portfolio of product launches.
