We are xpate, a Riga-born fintech on a  mission to build an adaptive payment and smart banking infrastructure to unify the fragmented payments industry.



Your role at xpate:

You'll be at the heart of xpate's marketing strategy — leading initiatives that connect our products with clients, partners, and industry influencers. You'll take ownership of event management, develop creative campaigns that drive business growth, and ensure consistent, engaging communication across all sales and marketing channels.

  • Plan, organize, and manage industry events - to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Lead communication with external vendors in the creation of expo zones and event spaces, managing the full process from concept and design to on-site implementation.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Develop clear and persuasive sales communication materials, including presentations, product sheets, proposals, and case studies.

  • Oversee creative production (booth design, digital materials, signage, giveaways) to ensure consistency with xpate's brand identity.

  • Coordinate external partners and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets and event experiences.

  • Manage and grow xpate's social media presence, including content planning, post creation, and community engagement across Instagram and other key platforms.

  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, using data insights to optimize future activities.

  • Stay up to date with fintech trends to identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and thought leadership.



We're ready to meet you, if…

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably within fintech or financial services.

  • Proven success in executing large-scale events and creative campaigns end-to-end.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales enablement, and branding.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and design teams for event or expo execution.

  • A creative mindset with a strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail.
