Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation through digital footprint-enabled data science and machine learning models.
Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Since 2020, our business has expanded to 6 countries, surpassed 10 million visits every month to our brands and reached profitability.
Jeff has been recognized as a top growth fintech by Financial Times, Statista, Deloitte, Sifted and others.
As we continue our growth and expansion, unlocking new markets and products, as well as introducing AI as a central product pillar, we are looking for great people to fortify our team further.
Join our team as Performance Marketing Manager, driving paid media growth with significant budgets on Google, TikTok, Meta and other channels across our markets. You will:
- Manage and scale our accounts across Google, Meta, TikTok
- Be in charge of 6 figure monthly budgets
- Dynamically sync on priorities with the regional manager & marketing lead, incorporating agreed-upon action plan
- Be on a constant lookout for new growth opportunities - both within existing channels (e.g. placements, strategies), as well as potential new growth avenues
- Closely cooperate with Data and Lifecycle and Content marketing stakeholders, ensuring synchronization between all involved functions
- Participate in private sessions and events (offline & online) with Google, TikTok, Meta teams to exchange feedback, obtain insights, as well as gain exclusive knowledge about latest capabilities
- Own the full spectrum of nuances, from account and bidding strategies, to placement and campaign type tests
- Enjoy the benefit of experimenting with everything the BigTech ad platforms offer, thanks to significant budgets at play
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with media buying / performance marketing
- Excellent English. Knowledge of Spanish/Vietnamese/Tagalog/Hindu is a plus
- Experience with Mobile App advertising and analytics is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability of being a self-starter that thrives in dynamic, cross-market environment
- Extreme level of ownership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally past experience with managing multiple countries / brands / accounts
