What you will do
- Own and maintain all daily banking product documentation (terms & conditions, product agreements, service agreements, procedures, instructions) across the Baltics
- Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant and up-to-date with applicable regulation and internal policies
- Coordinate document automation, signing, storage and archiving processes; drive improvements and manage change
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders to embed regulatory requirements into documents and processes
- Act as the documentation subject-matter expert and primary contact for audits, queries and reviews
- Lead cross-unit deliveries and ensure consistent documentation practices across countries
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to documentation workflows
What we expect
- Degree in Law, Economics, Business, Finance or similar with a strong legal background preferred
- Proven experience with legal/regulated documentation (banking or financial services would be considered as an advantage)
- Excellent written communication and high attention to detail
- Good stakeholder skills: you can coordinate with Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders effectively
- Understanding of regulatory environment for daily banking products
- Self-starter mindset: organised, proactive, and able to drive delivery across borders
- Great English skills are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

- Gross salary. 2,620 - 3,920 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
