Packaging Development

At Prime Prometics, packaging isn't just a container—it's part of the product experience and our brand identity. As we scale and launch new products, packaging has to be cost-effective, high-quality, and ready on time. You'll take full ownership of our packaging supply chain: sourcing and managing suppliers, securing packaging for launches, and driving cost and quality improvements.

• Own supplier relationships: source, assess, and manage packaging suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and reliability.
  
• Negotiate terms: secure competitive pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
  
• Manage POs & deliveries: track purchase orders and shipping status, flagging risks early.
  
• Coordinate with logistics: guarantee on-time delivery of packaging materials.
  
• Support product launches: secure packaging for new launches as well as for testing and trials.
  
• Maintain packaging library: keep accurate records of designs, suppliers, pricing, and lead times.
  
• Drive packaging updates: manage refresh projects for existing products.
  
• Innovate: introduce new packaging ideas, materials, and technologies that improve cost, function, or consumer appeal.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with product, design, and marketing to balance aesthetics, function, and cost.
• Communicate clearly: share supplier updates (risks, costs, timelines) with stakeholders.

• Packaging is always on time, in correct quantities, and F&A-ready.
  
• New product launches have packaging secured, tested, and approved.
  
• Costs stay competitive while quality improves.
  
• Supplier risks are minimized with reliable backup options.
• Teams have clear visibility into packaging timelines and readiness.

• 3+ years of experience in packaging, procurement, or supply chain (beauty/FMCG a plus).
  
• Proven track record in sourcing and managing international suppliers (China/USA experience is a plus).
  
• Experience managing POs and monitoring supplier performance.
  
• Project management skills to keep packaging initiatives on track.
  
• Ability to translate design into reality: turning creative concepts into packaging that is cost-effective and high-quality.
  
• Launch support experience: ensuring packaging is ready for new product introductions.
  
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
• Passion for packaging that enhances both function and brand storytelling.

• Monthly salary EUR gross, depending on work experience and skills;
