Accounts Payable Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Accounts Payable. As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our suppliers and internal partners.

You will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of the Accounts Payable process, including booking invoices, managing payments, and resolving any queries that may arise. Your role will involve close collaboration with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of payments.

To succeed in this position, you will require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. You should also be proficient in using financial software and systems, such as SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and validating PO based and direct invoices and payment requests, managing payments
  • Managing vendor accounts
  • Reporting and supporting AP invoice resolution
  • Handling affiliate's internal invoice queries
