The role of the Financial Services Marketing Specialist is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and retention for our financial services marketplace.

• Develop content using AI, collaborating with creative teams to produce materials that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct deliverability tests to maximize email performance and ensure optimal results.
• Schedule and send email campaigns with a high level of precision and responsibility to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes. Utilize A/B testing to enhance email effectiveness and user engagement.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement areas, and provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Investigate any declines in campaign performance, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.
• Stay informed on competitor communications and industry trends to spot new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure campaigns align with company-wide goals and objectives.

• A strong interest in developing expertise in email marketing, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry best practices, tools, and strategies.
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
