Administrative Support Role

Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Latvia. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and efficient work environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinating with Operations to maintain office supplies and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or organizational role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Latvian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based systems.
  • A reliable and supportive attitude, with a positive can-do approach.
