Financial Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a Financial Pricing Specialist to join our team in the Finance and Control department. As part of Global Finance, this role is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

• Process and implement pricing updates requested by European Business Units;
• Ensure accuracy in pricing setups and perform regular audits and scheduled adjustments;
• Investigate and resolve system errors affecting B2B pricing orders and invoices;
• Respond to and process ad-hoc requests related to pricing setups, distributor fees, and urgent fuel price changes;
• Support colleagues in the EU fuel pricing sector and collaborate with other departments and teams within Circle K;
• Collaborate with external service partners and participate in IT support meetings to address system and application issues;
• Maintain existing pricing templates and create new ones for data uploads;
• Contribute to documentation and tools supporting consistent and efficient pricing operations;
• Support and embrace changes within the organization and participate in various projects.

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field;
• Good computer skills (MS Office), advanced skills in Excel;
• Fluent in English (both oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
• Experience with ERP systems will be considered as an advantage;
• Good analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, ensuring strong customer focus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams.
