Warehouse Specialist

AERONES is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing inventory movements, maintaining warehouse systems, and supporting organizational efficiency within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and unloading shipments, checking for accuracy and damage
• Organize and store products in the warehouse efficiently
• Pick and pack orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and support operational needs

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in English and Latvian
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipment management
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions
