Our client is a fast-growing international fintech and SaaS company that builds powerful solutions for traders across the globe. Their flagship product is an advanced trading and analytics platform trusted by both professionals and ambitious retail traders. It combines cutting-edge order flow and volume analysis, cluster charts, market profiles, and smart indicators to help users make data-driven trading decisions.

With users spanning from Europe to Asia and the US, the company is on an exciting journey of international expansion— scaling into new markets, integrating innovative payment systems, and ensuring seamless global operations. Joining their team means you'll be part of a dynamic environment where technology, finance, and strategy come together to shape the future of trading analytics.

They are now looking for a Fintech Project Manager to join their Riga office and lead high-impact projects at the core of this expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate financial technology projects, including new payment processing methods in Asian and U.S. markets (e.g., UnionPay, Alipay)
  • Support the development and execution of business growth strategies, including expansion into new markets (e.g., U.S. tax compliance integrations with Avalara, TaxJar).
  • Coordinate work across marketing, web development, business development, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, resolve challenges, and streamline workflows.
  • Manage projects using Jira, Notion, and Confluence, tailoring systems to organizational needs.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure delivery meets company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Latvian (written and spoken), with experience drafting documents in these languages.
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent computer and project management skills.
  • Professional experience in FinTech, consulting, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience in international projects is a strong advantage.
