About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and open-minded (Junior) B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to Head of Marketing, you'll help plan and run campaigns, create content, support events, and contribute to PR initiatives. This role is perfect for you if you:

Campaign Execution & Support
Support Head of Marketing in running campaigns across email, digital ads, SEO, content, and social media (with a focus on LinkedIn)
Coordinate company-hosted events, and work with partners and stakeholders on external events to generate new qualified leads
Contribute to lead nurturing campaigns and monitor automated processes ensuring they are working as planned
Content Creation, Brand & PR Support
Write, design, and produce marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, videos, and social media posts according to a content plan
Create marketing materials for events, webinars, and product launches, using research and following B2B SaaS best practices
Develop of sales enablement materials based on a content plan together with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director
Manage, update, and grow a database of relevant PR contacts in target markets
Create press releases, secure sponsored and organic coverage in the media, and collaborate on PR projects together with the company owner
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Manage the content calendar across website, SEO, paid media, and social channels to grow visibility and lead quality
Prepare simple reports, share insights, and suggest ways to improve performance to the Head of Marketing
Assist with paid ads, content creation, management, and basic analytics
Collaboration & Knowledge Building
Stay up to date with HR and industry news, legislation, and trends to keep campaigns relevant
Regularly actively take part in the Marketing workshops and learning sessions organized internally
Work closely with Head of Marketing to align on priorities and strategy
Collaborate cross-functionallyteam with Sales, Product and Customer Service teams
Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and partners when needed on campaigns and content
Explore and recommend new tools and technologies to improve content, automation, and campaigns to the wider team
1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
Strong writing and communication skills, able to create clear, engaging content
Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Organized, focused, autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive,
Oopen to feedback and with a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills towards a future career in marketingin a Marketing pathway
Comfortable with data and using it to improve results
Language skills including: Business proficiency in English, Polish and Latvian are a plus
