As our Junior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll combine creativity, data, and technology to help Mintos organically accelerate user growth across Europe. You're curious, agile, and eager to experiment — testing ideas, measuring results, and scaling what works. You thrive in ambiguity, love solving problems, and are excited by the challenge of finding unconventional ways to reach and engage investors.

What you will do

As the Junior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll help us design, run, and scale growth experiments organically across multiple channels — building measurable, sustainable growth for Mintos.

You will work with the following topics:

• Experiment & test: Design and execute growth experiments across the AARRR funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).
• Organic customer acquisition: Build and optimize campaigns across social, search, investment communities, events, and webinars.
• Virality & referrals: Support the development of referral systems, shareable content, and community initiatives that boost word-of-mouth growth.
• Analytics & reporting: Track KPIs, monitor funnels, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Automation & tools: Use AI tools, scraping, APIs, and CRM/automation platforms to scale campaigns efficiently.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with other marketing channels, product, and investor service team to align growth initiatives with user needs.
  
• Product input: Suggest growth-oriented product improvements (e.g., shareability features, gamification, onboarding flows).

Your professional skills and background:

• 2+ years experience of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, social).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Basic technical skills (APIs, no-code tools, coding is a bonus).
• Creative problem solver, able to think of viral and low-cost growth hacks.
• Comfortable with fast testing, iteration, and learning from failure.
• Passionate about investing.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages like Spanish or German are a plus.
