Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
Specialist Finance in Accounts Receivable teamType of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Payment run processing;
Bank clearing related balance sheet account monitoring;
Collaboration with Business units and other departments within BC;
Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings;
Period closing related tasks;
Assisting with internal and external audits;
Participating in improvement projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or last year student);
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;
Familiarity with financial accounting statements;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);
Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
