  • Manage the client onboarding process to ensure seamless and compliant integration of new clients.
  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) by collecting, verifying, and connecting information from multiple sources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client profiles.
  • Review company registries, documentation, databases, and risk indicators, utilizing both external tools and internal systems to identify relevant findings.
  • Assess and identify AML and CTF risks, as well as potential Visa/Mastercard scheme violations.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured client risk assessment reports, supporting informed decision-making on client onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with business managers to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to the development and automation of onboarding systems by sharing process insights and improvement ideas.
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a KYC/KYB specialist, with a strong ability to handle complex cases and medium to high-risk client profiles.

  • Solid understanding of VISA and Mastercard regulations, AML/CTF legislation, and the UK regulatory framework.

  • A degree in Finance, Law, Business, or Economics — or equivalent practical experience demonstrating comparable expertise.
  • CAMS or ICA certification is a strong plus; if not currently held, willingness to obtain certification with company support.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are considered an advantage).
  • Strong resilience under pressure and the ability to perform effectively in deadline-driven environments.
