Description The international 5 star hotel "Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga" invites: FRONT OFFICE AGENT (EU work eligible)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure high quality, professional reception and service of guests accordingly hotel standards
- To know the hotel's VIP guests as well as the events taking place in the hotel
- Check the settlements made and prepare the necessary reports
- Communicate with guests, find out their special wishes and, in cooperation with other hotel departments, ensure their fulfillment
- Inform guests about additional services, special offers offered by the hotel and actively sell them
- Develop positive and professional cooperation with other hotel departments
Competencies:
- Successful previous experience in a hospitality and guest service
- Excellent computer and hotel system OPERA skills
- Higher or incomplete higher education is desirable
- English language excellent oral and written, Latvian language is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of responsibility, focusing and accuracy
- Emotional and physical resilience
- Ability to work in shifts
