Description The international 5 star hotel "Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga" invites:
  RESERVATIONS AGENT

Responsibilities:

•  Ensuring high quality, professional booking acceptance, processing and quotation in accordance with potential guest requests and hotel standards
• Providing information, answering telephone calls and emails, coordinating incoming and outgoing information
• Accepting telephone bookings in accordance with the standards set by the hotel 
• Accurate entry of reservations into the hotel reservation system
• Checking online booking systems
• Informing hotel departments of guests' special requests
• Proactively selling higher category rooms and other hotel services
• Entering group name lists into the hotel reservation system, etc.

Competencies:

•  Successful previous experience as a Reservation Agent or Front Office Agent (minimum 1 year)  
• Experience of working with a hotel reservation system (OPERA or Fidelio)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• High sense of responsibility, ability to concentrate and accuracy
• Language skills: Latvian and English
