Content Creator Partnerships Manager

The Content Creator Partnerships Manager will be responsible for expanding HackMotion's network of active partnerships with top golf content creators, coaches, and product users on Instagram and TikTok. Through dedicated outreach, onboarding, and coordinated content scheduling, you'll help grow our overall audience reach and drive the continued success of the partnerships channel.
Last year, partner-created content was one of the main drivers behind the company's growth, establishing it as a key pillar of HackMotion's success. With a forecasted 2–3x annual growth, the importance of this role continues to increase, positioning the successful candidate at the forefront of scaling one of Latvia's fastest-growing and best-performing startups.
Your primary goal will be to collaborate with a highly engaged community of creators who genuinely use and benefit from the product, resulting in authentic partnerships and seamless integrations within short-form content. So far, we've worked with some of the world's leading golf creators, including Grant Horvat, Danny Maude, Peter Finch, Me and My Golf, Chris Ryan, Mark Crossfield, and Athletic Motion Golf, among others.
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about sports (especially golf), technology, and relationship building, who wants to take ownership of a meaningful business segment and directly influence company growth. You'll have the chance to connect and negotiate partnership deals with some of the most recognized names in golf content.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling a creator network around a game-changing golf technology product, helping to bring HackMotion to thousands of performance-driven golfers worldwide.
Your tasks:
- Identify and outreach golf creators and coaches - Find and contact golf creators and coaches who align with HackMotion's brand.
- Onboard and manage partnerships - Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring alignment with product functionality and expected content.
- Plan and run campaigns - Coordinate creator campaigns that promote HackMotion and drive awareness or conversions.
- Track and report performance - Monitor results, measure key results, and optimize based on data and campaign insights.
- Improve systems and processes - Develop scalable workflows for outreach, tracking, onboarding, and idea generation.
What we expect:
- Great English communication skills (both verbal and in written form) - Skilled at educating creators and coaches on product value, use cases, and main features to empower them to create strong content.
- Prior experience in partnerships, account management, or customer success - skilled in initiating contact, negotiating value exchange, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with creators and coaches.
- Ability to present and explain the product in various formats (video calls, webinars, demo presentations, etc.).
- Enthusiasm and interest in the golf (sports) industry, its stakeholders, and their operations.
- Proof of strong self-organization and planning skills - can independently run multiple campaigns with different partners, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Understanding of basic sales & performance marketing concepts - ability to define and evolve a partnership-driven content strategy that aligns with the set business goals.
