The Office Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere in the cozy Colibrix One office in Riga to ensure a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management or administration, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Fluency in Latvian and English languages.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate collaboration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working with office supplies

Responsibilities:

  • General understanding of various business operation parts - accounting, legal, finance, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Manage and oversee office operations and vendor relationships.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the board-members on request.
  • Working place preparation for the newcomers
  • Participate in office policies and procedures creation to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment to support productivity.
  • Help in planning and executing company events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and scheduling.
  • Serve as point of contact for building management and security regarding office access and maintenance.
