We are looking for a high performing person with experience IT support functions, i.e. help desk, incident handling, release management or testing, to take on the role as Daily Process Support Manager.

You will be responsible for IT incident handling, end-users support, planning of IT deliveries (release planning) and access rights management.

You will closely collaborate with all team members from Business Development & IT Area in all three Baltic countries, to deliver high value and quality results. Legally reporting to Head of Quality Assurance and IT Support Department.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure end-user support, including IT incident handling and access rights management;
  • Ensure monitoring of automated processes in IT systems;
  • Align, facilitate, and execute the IT release delivery process across Baltics.
What we expect:
  • To have degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field or you are about to graduate;
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT area;
  • Strong focus on efficiency through systematic monitoring and analysis;
  • Good in Latvian and English with high written and verbal communication skills. English language skills are required because daily work consists of Baltic-level projects.

€2,100 - €3,200 a month The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
