Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

In this role, who will be responsible for managing, developing and securing our identity and access management solutions, you will drive the advancement of our IAM infrastructure, including designing and implementing access management integrations. The role will belong to Møller Digital's platform team, but there will be a need to collaborate well with product teams and other departments. The position will report to the Head of Engineering in the Digital Products & Services department. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM/IGA solutions in Møller Digital  
  • Pursue continuous simplification and automation of ordering procedures and solutions related to access management 
  • Together with the platform team, ensure robust, scalable, and automated identity solutions 
  • Ensure effective solutions for user onboarding and off-boarding, with a focus on automation and self-service 
  • Ensure seamless integrations of IAM solutions with on-premises infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms 
  • Automate IAM processes using infrastructure as code and integrations with various APIs 
Qualifications: 
  • University/college education, preferably at master's level. Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education. 
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience with IAM/IGA solutions in Enterprise environments
  • Solid technical expertise in modern identity solutions (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Auth0)
  • Knowledge of federated identity, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management
  • Hands-on experience with automation of identity processes and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform
  • Fluent in English and Latvian (written and spoken)
