Our client is a Business Process Services provider. They provide Next-Gen CX and back-office transformation services using Design, Technology, Analytics and our lovely People. They focus on Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and BPO services across various industries including Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, Energy, Hospitality, Hi-Tech, Agriculture and Food and Beverage. Their approach goes beyond cost reduction to process optimization and ownership through automation and productivity improvements. Our client's BPS delivers value for customers through flawless execution of a seamless suite of services that operate across the entire life cycle of the end users and covers both the revenue and cost sides of the customers business operations. The BPS includes Operations, BPM and Consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Languages - English basic skills is sufficient. They should be able to read documents written in English and understand and have basic speaking skills, A1 to B1 level. Also one of the below languages is mandatory at min C1 level

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Salary range

  • Between EUR /month (EUR1800/month for German speaker)
