Key Responsibilities

  • Client Understanding:

    Perform general administrative tasks, ensuring all processes align with service excellence goals. This role is back-office only, with no direct client contact.

  • Expert Support:

    Deliver online support for specific cases, demonstrating sound judgment and attention to detail.

  • Business Impact:

    Contribute to achieving the companys business targets by providing consistent, high-quality support.

  • Quality Assurance:

    Maintain and exceed performance standards for accuracy, compliance, and response time.

Requirements

  • Language Skills:

    Fluent in Hebrew (written and spoken) and at least B2 level English.

  • Experience:

    Previous experience or strong interest in back-office services or administrative tasks.

  • Problem-Solving:

    Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues efficiently and empathetically.

  • Tech Savvy:

    Solid computer skills, including proficiency in using digital platforms and multitasking tools.

  • Mindset:

    A solutions-driven, goal-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.

  • Learning Attitude:

    Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with new procedures, trends, and technologies.

  • Residence permit in Latvia with full time work option OR EU passport/ID
