Are you our new Finance Analyst?

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial and operational insights, ensuring smooth finance operations and data-driven decision-making. A key part of your work will be to ensure a smooth and accurate end-to-end invoicing process, contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, and collaborate closely with managers and employees across the company to deliver clear financial insights. You will also contribute to automation initiatives, process improvements, and support the accounting team where needed.

This role provides broad exposure to both accounting and controlling functions, building the competencies needed to progress towards future finance leadership positions.

What will you do:

• Ensure a smooth and accurate end-to-end invoicing process
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and operational reports with accuracy and clarity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Analyse data and provide insights to improve financial decision-making
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure data completeness and relevance
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
• Support the accounting team and substitute Senior Accountant on certain tasks when needed

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and willingness to deepen knowledge further
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Ability to work independently with high level of responsibility
• Initiative, proactivity, and readiness to go the extra mile
