We're a fast-growing manufacturer of UV coatings for the beauty industry. These are complex fingernail coatings such as gel polish and sculpting gels, and we are one of just five European manufacturers in this niche. We export our product to 45 countries, partner with global raw material suppliers, and are recognized for our expertise in the field.

We are looking for an INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Your mission

You will be growing our business by bringing in new customers from key international markets. 

Your job
  • You will be identifying and approaching new clients, building relationships and closing deals.
  • You will deeply understand the products and help customers find the best solutions to their business needs.
  • You will attend trade shows and visit international customers to understand their specific needs and identify new opportunities.
  • You will bring customer needs to our internal teams, such as R&D, production and quality teams, and work with them to efficiently get the deals.

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who loves to sell and build something from the ground up. You should have experience in B2B sales and feel confident with international clients.
  • You should be a curious learner with interests in exact sciences, such as chemistry, material science, coatings, engineering or similar areas.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills are a must for this position, as well as excellent English skills.
  • You don't have to worry if you have no experience in coatings. You need to be an avid learner, and we will teach you everything you need to know.
