The Junior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records and statements in accordance with GAAP and relevant regulations. This role involves processing account information, conducting month-end and year-end closing activities, and collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve financial discrepancies. The Accountant also stays updated on financial policies and performs audits to maintain the integrity of financial reporting, supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Processing accounting documents and working with the accounting software S4HANA (SAP)
  • Communicating and handling invoices with freelancers and clients
  • Performing other accounting tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Very good English language skills (for communication with international colleagues)
  • Experience with document processing is considered an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet deadlines
