What you'll do:
At Mintos, we provide a high-quality service to alternative lending companies that fund their loans via Mintos. As a Junior Partner Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our partner success. You will work closely with the Mintos legal, risk finance teams and account executives to provide top-notch assistance to our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their value from our services.
In doing this, you will also communicate with various representatives of the lending companies, from an accountant to C-level, on a daily basis.

You will:

• Negotiate and finalize legal agreements, creating win-win outcomes in the process

• Keep a track of development of technical integration on the lending company's end, identify obstacles and seek solutions early on

• Set up partner profiles in Mintos back office, including documentation uploads and settings configuration

• Support the operations of active lending companies by preparing amendments to legal agreements and being the go-to person for API-related technical issues

• Analyze partner data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address potential challenges

Your professional skills and background:

• Good communication skills with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions, excellent customer service

• Strong work ethic standards, incl. time management, priorities planning and reporting

• Active listening and persuasion skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Business level or higher level in English

• Solid MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) skills

• Education in the relevant field will be considered an advantage

• Experience in client support, project coordination, or partner onboarding, ideally related to alternative lending or corporate banking, will be considered an advantage

• Basic knowledge of corporate finance will be considered an advantage
