Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT in Station Accounting Team

Type of Employment: Temporary position until

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and maintain financial records in compliance with Company policies;

  • Performing periodical closing procedures;

  • Performing various account reconciliations and analysis, resolving discrepancies and errors;

  • Responding to queries from site managers and representatives of Poland business unit and external partners of the company;

  • Contributing to current process improvements within responsibility area.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within finance or accounting would be considered as advantage;

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a last year student within this area;

  • Fluent English (both – oral and writing) language skills;

  • Good communication and collaboration skills;

  • Precise, analytical and organized person;

  • Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
