Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data labeling tasks with precision, ensuring alignment with project specifications and guidelines.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gain clarity on data requirements and labeling standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on labeled datasets to maintain high accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize advanced data annotation tools while adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development of labeling guidelines and best practices to enhance overall data quality.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the labeling workflow.
  • Incorporate feedback from project managers and data engineers to refine labeling techniques and output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data labeling or data entry roles, preferably in a tech or data-centric environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data management.
  • Experience with data annotation tools and familiarity with machine learning datasets is a plus.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across various teams.
  • Understanding of data science concepts will be beneficial.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
