Global Talent & Change Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team as a Change Management Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent procedures, culture change programs, and learning and development initiatives to drive engagement and identify internal talent.

You will oversee global/corporate programs in the area of Global Talent Development, Change Management & Learning and Development. This includes consulting and partnering with stakeholders within EMEA or AM and global functions, functioning as a Key Account for the topics mentioned above.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in learning and talent development or change management projects. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field is required, with a master's degree being a plus.

  • We are looking for someone with certification in related tools or coaching (360, Coaching, Insights Discovery/MBTI/DISC, or change management).
  • A strong understanding of organizational behavior and learning methodology is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience with e-learning platforms and/or related digital training tools, as well as knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
